Are you an organized, compassionate leader with a passion for animals and team development? Santa Fe Animal Clinic, a trusted full-service veterinary practice since 1978, is seeking a Hospital Manager to lead daily operations, support our talented medical team, and foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
About Us:
Under the guidance of our Chief of Staff, Dr. Paula Dvorchak, we are focused on empathetic leadership, team well-being, and exceptional patient care. Our clinic is equipped with advanced diagnostics—including digital radiography, ultrasound, and in-house lab capabilities—providing high-quality care to pets across the San Diego region.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily operations: scheduling, client service, staff coordination, and workflow optimization
Partner with leadership to implement policies, financial goals, and long-term strategy
Lead, coach, and support staff to build a collaborative, growth-oriented culture
Manage finances: budgets, inventory, payroll, and KPIs
Ensure exceptional client service and patient care
What We’re Looking For:
Veterinary or medical practice management experience preferred
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and able to multitask effectively
Comfortable with financial and HR responsibilities
Passion for animals and commitment to team and client satisfaction

$65,000–$85,000 annually, based on experience
