Thank you for choosing Santa Fe Animal Clinic. Our primary mission is to deliver the best and most comprehensive veterinary care available for your pet. An important part of our mission is making the cost of optimal care as easy and manageable for our clients as possible by offering several payment options.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered (at the end of your pet’s appointment and/or at the time of discharge). We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, CareCredit, and ScratchPay.
CareCredit is a personal line of credit for healthcare, both human and veterinary, that works like a credit card. To apply, click here for the CareCredit Online Credit Application or call their 24/7 phone number at 1-800-365-8295.
ScratchPay offers financing options ranging from $200 - $10,000. Visit scratchpay.com or text PAY to 213-296-0817 to apply.
Appointment Policies
New Clients are required to leave a deposit of exam cost when scheduling an appointment. This deposit is non-refundable for any late cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows. Late arrivals may result in a longer wait time.
A fee of $10 is charged for clients who miss or cancel more than one appointment in a calendar year without 24-hour notice. For clients with pet insurance, we are happy to provide you with any necessary documentation to submit to your insurance carrier. Santa Fe Animal Clinic charges $25 for returned checks. Discounts
Santa Fe Animal Clinic offers discounted services to senior citizens and US Military members. Please call us for more information.
